Libby - She is the sweetest red merle Australian Shepherd!

Libby is a ASDR full size Australian Shepherd, our sweet laid back girl. She loves to be by your side as she doesn’t want to miss anything. Libby is the girl that is always on my heels…literally. Her energy level is lower and doesn’t get as “ROWDY” with the crew. She prefers her quiet time and to be laying at your feet. When our other dogs are roaming the property or rough housing with each other, Libby is laying there watching me do my chores or ride my horses. She has a lower “drive” than our other dogs too, and has no interest in chasing the horses or trying to catch that evasive taunting squirrel. This girl LOVES to eat and will never ever miss a meal! However, if she sees me headed towards the dog food container, she is sitting patiently by her bowl. She thinks she is a 50 lb lap dog, I don’t think she realizes how big she is. When you start to love on her, she would just prefer to climb in your lap. Shes also the protector of our group, she has a loud and powerful bark and will let you know when strangers are there. We live in the country with very few houses around, I know that Libby will alert me when someone is there. I’m often alone, so I adore this quality about her. Libby’s puppies are great family dogs; they are loyal, attentive, and affectionate dogs.
